My bad the documentation state that is "A" is correct for the Work Order Tasks.

it says work order REQUEST, answer is E = awaiting qualification it's during qualification that you set the task dependencies (qualifier role). This is TRUE for work order TASK : Dependencies can only be set for work order tasks in the Draft state.
