I had a hard time with this one, I definitely feel the answers are: A - Assess publisher compliance over a period of time The others I am thinking: C. Configure software reclamation (You can action this from the Software Asset Workspace>Optimization and savings>Removal Candidate) D. Remediate non-compliance https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/use/dashboards/application-content-packs/software-asset-mgmt-content-pack.html I don't see where there is PA information about trends for allocations or usage of software as it relates to anything outside of reclamation...
