E - per the SAM Book A Software Usage Record tracks the sum of usage on a monthly basis.

Isn't this just for Microsoft SCCM, though? https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/concept/sccm-software-usage.html I am thinking it's A based on: Total Usage Time (default) as found here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/task/t_AddAReclamationRule.html A Usage Record is not specific to any one Publisher or product, it can be applied for multiple, so I believe this is answer A as it's more generic.
