This question is the same as question #288, just the wording of the question and the correct answer is different. In Question 288 they referred to clicking on Personalize List and here they refer to clicking on the Gear icon, but it's the same thing. Personalize list is the lable of the Gear icon (when you hover over the icon you can see it)
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
