Prepare seems like a mistype and plan is the correct answer here, so i will go with D

As per the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology data sheet: "Prepare: Hold workshops to understand process and platform needs. Finalize engagement timeline and refine configuration requirements (stories)." Not certain, but I think D is correct. From documentation: Prepare: Hold workshops to understand process and platform needs. Finalize engagement timeline and refine configuration requirements (stories).

Looking at your own link it seems to correlate with 'Plan', which as others have suggested is probably meant to be there in place of 'Prepare'
