Alert Source is a single text field that only uses to indicate which monitoring source it comes from, e.g. SolarWinds/Zabbix, etc. Different Event Rules can applies even they are the same Alert Source, since the question is asking "WHICH Event Rules", you have to either look into the Event record's Event Processing Notes or Alert record's Activity stream (go to a demo instance and you will find it for sure)

The "Alert Source" field often contains information about the source of the alert, including the name or identifier of the event rule that generated the alert. This information can be useful in identifying which event rule triggered the alert. So, the correct choices are C. Event Processing Notes and E. Alert Source. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

Answer A,C is absolutely correct. Alert source in no way identifies what alert rule was used...other sites with this same practice question have it WRONG.
