B. A new Apache Web Server CI is created. When the Apache Web Server Identification Rule is configured with specific criteria, including the version, and the version changes during an upgrade, the Service Mapping process would likely treat the upgraded version as a new Configuration Item

as the version is part of the identification and cannot be matched after the upgrade, a new CI will be created
