Correct answer is D. Boundaries are not automatically created during discovery.

no, you are all wrong, when there are errors in a map, you create boundaries, to get rid of the cis, so A IS THE MOST LOGICAL ANSWER.... IT IS NOT D, you are over thinking the answer
