This one is tricky, but it states, "timeframe conditions for sending an SLA BREACH WARNING notification". A SLA Definition is used to define SLAs at the REQ, RITM, and SC Task level. But the Default SLA Flow use percentages to "Time Breach Warning" and "Breach Notice" emails rather than actual time. Answer is B
