Selected Answer: B
It's B: From SNAF Vancouver Manual, page 192: Three key CMDB tables are Base Configuration Item [cmdb], Configuration Item [cmdb_ci] which contains CI data, and CI Relationship [cmdb_rel_ci] which contains CI relationship data.

Its B, cmdb. Open cmdb_ci table in ServiceNow you will see it extends cmdb table.

Selected Answer: A
From ChatGPT - The "cmdb_ci" table, also known as the Configuration Item (CI) table, is the base table in the CMDB hierarchy. It represents the top-level table that contains common fields and attributes for all Configuration Items. It serves as the foundation for all CI classes in the CMDB, such as servers, databases, applications, network devices, and more. Each CI class in the CMDB hierarchy has its own corresponding table that extends the "cmdb_ci" table.

Sorry, but ChatGPT is not correct. A "Base" table has no parent, it is not an extension of another table. cmdb is a table without a parent. cmdb_ci is a child of cmdb, cmdb_ci is a "Core" table that is in the Base Instance.

Selected Answer: A
A What is the base table of the CMDB hierarchy? "cmdb_ci" is the base table and all the CI classes in cmdb extend this base table by default. so all the records displayed in list view are Ci records, Configuration item (cmdb_ci) table contains all the CI's.

Selected Answer: A
The base table of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) hierarchy in ServiceNow is the "cmdb_ci" table. This table is the foundation of the CMDB, and it stores information about all Configuration Items (CIs) in the system
