B.
There should be six Product Owners, reporting to a chief Product Owner.
C.
The product has one Product Backlog.
D.
Each Scrum Team should have a separate Product Backlog.

If Scrum Teams become too large, they should consider reorganizing into multiple cohesive Scrum Teams, each focused on the same product. Therefore, they should share the same Product Goal, Product Backlog, and Product Owner. --> scrum guide 2020
No, CE is correct, because there is only one product, and product owner is owner of that product, there are no 2 or multiple product owners for 1 product. So if 6 teams are working on the same product they have the same product owner.
Why is CE not AC? Shouldn't 1 PO for 1 scrum team?
