BD D is clear! The level of uncertainty over the technology to be used affects the Sprint length because it determines how much time the team will need to explore and experiment with the technology before they can deliver a valuable product increment. If the technology is well understood, then the Sprint length can be shorter, but if there is a lot of uncertainty, then a longer Sprint length may be needed.
