You had it on PSM1 exam? And had exact words "who has to be present" instead "should be present"?!

Correct answer should be C. Scrum guide: 1) "Only the Development Team can change its Sprint Backlog during the Sprint" 2) "If the work turns out to be different than the Development Team expected, they collaborate with the Product Owner to negotiate the scope of Sprint Backlog within the Sprint." 3) "The Product Owner can help to clarify the selected Product Backlog items and make trade-offs. If the Development Team determines it has too much or too little work, it may renegotiate the selected Product Backlog items with the Product Owner."

Don't be confused by another similar question. The answer for this one is A. This question asked "has to be present", thus, answer is A "Dev". Another question asked "should be present", thus, answer for that question is C "PO + Dev"
