The Daily Scrum is a 15-minute event for the Developers of the Scrum Team. To reduce complexity, it is held at the same time and place every working day of the Sprint.
D and D
Option A is not accurate; the Daily Scrum is not typically facilitated by the team lead, as it is a self-organizing event for the Development Team.
Option B is also not accurate; while the Daily Scrum is often held in the morning, there is no strict rule that it must be the first thing in the morning. The specific time is determined by the Development Team based on their needs.
Option E is not entirely accurate; while the Daily Scrum involves team members answering the three questions (What did I do yesterday? What will I do today? Are there any impediments?), it is not limited to this format and encourages additional conversation.
Option F is also not entirely accurate; while it is encouraged to have the Daily Scrum at the same time and location each day to promote consistency, it is not a strict requirement in the Scrum framework.
