Why?
When implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, the Central Business Configuration (CBC) System is the tool used to manage and activate the customer's systems. CBC allows you to configure, implement, and manage SAP cloud solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It helps guide the setup of the solution and handles activities like scope selection, system activation, and configuration management.
The other options, while useful in the broader SAP ecosystem, are not specifically responsible for activating systems during the SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation process:
SAP Contact Center is a communication tool.
SAP Cloud ALM is used for application lifecycle management.
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a platform for developing and integrating applications but not for system activation in the context of S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
