I believe it is Spoofing and RF Jamming. RF jamming seems like it would be classified at the physical level (bits over a medium), but once RF is transmitted it sends a signal over a shared network medium. RF jamming disrupts the distribution of network frames in layer 2.

I would say MAC-Spoofing is layer 2. RF jamming seems to be layer 1 for me.

TCP SYN is layer 4 and IP spoofing is layer3. RF jamming is layer 2
