Correct answer is D. D. Sales rep B has implicit access to the Account: In Salesforce, when Territory Management is enabled and a sales rep is granted access to an Opportunity, they may also receive implicit access to the related Account if certain conditions are met. If the Opportunity is shared with Sales rep B and the sales rep’s access to the Account is implicitly granted through Territory Management or another means, Sales rep B would be able to view the Account even if it's not directly assigned to their territory.

It's D. In a private sharing model, access to records is determined based on the defined sharing rules and access settings. However, in this case, sales rep B has implicit access to the Account, meaning they have access to the Account regardless of the sharing rules or territory settings. Implicit access can occur in various situations, such as when a user is the owner of a record, has been manually granted access to a record, or is a member of a higher-level role or public group that has access to the record.

Why not A though? If Sales Rep B is added to the Account team, wouldn't they have access to all accounts? It seems this question is about sharing a specific Opportunity and the specific account that the Opportunity is related to

B In a private sharing model, access to records is restricted and determined by the owner of the record and any manual sharing that has been set up. If a sales rep is added to the Account team, they will have access to that Account and any related Opportunities, even if the Account is not in their territory and the Opportunity has not been manually shared with them.
