you can create a Rule Entry like so: Case: ClosedEQUALSTrue and when it happens, you can assign to a user!

A: NO! you can create a Rule Entry like so: Case: ClosedEQUALSTrue and when it happens, you can assign to a user! B. Can be an option, but it is not related to the what the question states. C. SURE! once you have hundreds of records, you need to use a data tool D. Can be an option, but it says " Builder and Flow", you dont need both, just one of them

A - An assignment rule can change the owner, hence it prevents the problem from occuring again B - A validation rule can check if its same and prevent closure of case. But this will not be ideal C - for historical data D - since assignment rules can do the job, its much simpler

It is talking about correction, which meant fixing plans to closed cases. For me, C &D might be the choice. Since A, and B are in the process of moving forward cases.
