I agree with the Jokei comment. Criteria rule do not allow sharing record on look-up field base.

Correct answer: D, the Underwriters will not be the owner, creating the lookup and sharing the record using a trigger will be the only available option for the scenario. master detail will not grant access directly. Creating Sharing rule ( criteria ) is not possible to grant access Apex reason could be created but than need to be assigned using a Contract_Share
