Answer B is correct. If changes are done to contract during contract term, changes will not update to a created renewal Quote. Hence Renewal Quote should not be created at Contract creation.

I think the automation to set the Renewal Quoted checkbox on the current Contract should not be done on contract creation. It should be done after the needed amendments have been made. So, I think B is the best answer
