Display Order The order in which custom actions appear on a page is based on the display order. Custom actions with lowest display order appear first, from left to right.

D is the correct answer. If they complain about scrolling to the right toreach clone and delete just simply put it on the left side. Try doing it on your own: Installed packages -> CPQ -> Line editor tab -> Actions column placement

D - Because it is the simplest of the solutions to provide accessibility to Line Actions if you are displaying too many fields. Though it mentions for Edit and Delete actions in help, it works for all actions. C - It would have been the choice if they had mentioned implementing an alternate solution of displaying some of the extra fields in a drawer instead of the normal column layout.

On my org, I've sent Action column placement to right, and changed the Display Order of Clone line to 1 (can get lower than that). All actions are still on the right, with just the Clone line on the left of that group of actions.

I think C is correct. "If your quote line editor has a large field set and you want to organize the editor layout, place certain fields in a collapsible drawer below each line item. This feature removes the need for horizontal scrolling and lets you see all fields related to a quote line in one view." https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_qle_drawers.htm&type=5

D is incorrect since the placement is only for the delete and edit and the question is about cloning

they are asking for horizontal scrolling. so its clearly something from right to left. there is a feature in settings that does exactly this. D is the correct answer

As per saleforce : Place the Delete and Edit actions to the left or right of quote lines in the quote line editor. It does not move clone to the left and the question is regarding clone and delete.https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_package_line_editor.htm&type=5
