Choose A , B. See; https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_localization_fields_ref.htm&type=5. Not C, because the Picklist values must remain in their originally created form. Not Not D, because this picklist value must remain in the same language as when populated in User Setup i.e the system language.
