B is correct, since Product is for Legacy Calculator only: Assigns a price rule to a specific product. When Salesforce CPQ evaluates a quote containing this product, it applies the https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_price_rule_fields.htm&type=5

A is correct here. The SBQQ_Product__c field on the Price Rule specifically handles making Price Rules specific to a selected Product. B sounds tricky but it is redundant to query the Price Condition when this feature comes OOTB with CPQ
