If you want the product available as a part of a bundle and not show it as an individual product, make it 'component'

The correct answer is C. Select the Hidden checkbox on the Product. Selecting the Hidden checkbox on the Product will remove the Product from the Product Selection screen without deleting the Product record. This will allow the Admin to maintain the Product record for reporting purposes or in case the Product is needed in the future.

This isn't correct. https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_product_fields.htm&type=5 The Hidden field on Product removes the product from the Quote document. The same link says that the Component checkbox hides the product in product Selection.
