Choose A. Configuration Type = Disabled means the bundle can never be reconfigured after the initial configuration is complete. This setting effectively locks the bundle, ensuring that once users have configured the product and saved it, they can’t go back and make changes. This option provides a straightforward and reliable way to enforce the "no reconfiguration" policy after the bundle has been configured once. It is the most direct approach to meeting the requirement of preventing users from reconfiguring the bundle.

I think A is correct. The key word is Initial configuration. That means the configuration admin has setup under the product and product options. That's your initial configuration. If you don't want people to mess with the initial config, the you set the Config Type option to Disabled. If you read this article, you see that "Disabled: Prevent the user from ever altering the bundle in the configurator. Salesforce CPQ instead uses this bundle’s default product option setup (which in my opinion means Initial Configuration) when you add it to a quote." https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_bundle_config_fields.htm&type=5

Changed my mind. I think D is correct. The term initial config refers to the step after you select a product to be added as a quote line. There for event type Add is correct.

The terms and the helptext are not very helpful. The trailhead graphic is, on the contrary, super clear : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/fr/content/learn/modules/cpq-product-configuration/control-the-configuration-experience Allow + Add = Show configuration page only once

https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.cpq_bundle_config_fields.htm&type=5 "Allowed: Salesforce CPQ directs users to enter the configurator when they perform any of the selected configuration events. In the configurator, they can change their bundle or leave without making any changes."" Allowed lets users make changes. "Disabled: Prevent the user from ever altering the bundle in the configurator. Salesforce CPQ instead uses this bundle’s default product option setup when you add it to a quote."" Disabled means users can't change default options.

The correct answer is D. the "Reconfigure Line" Custom Action, but that would probably disable reconfigure line for All bundles, not just the one here in question. the easiest thing to do is on the Parent Product Configuration Type = Allowed and Configuration Event = Add
