Why not A ? It says : "A customer will provide a single daily file on the Marketing Cloud SFTP at 3 AM and needs an alert if the file is not present on time". It means that the process will be triggered as soon as the file is dropped by the customer. If we schedule it at 3 am everyday and if the file is not provided on time, the import will fail. Make non sens So I think, the right answer is A

Hey, maybe you've already passed your certification in the meantime, but here's the principle : in case the exact time is indicated you should just choose a schedule automation. The file drop will be used when the time is either : -not indicated -varies during the month (for example if the 15th of each month falls on a weekend, then the file will be imported into the FTP on Monday. ) etc cases like this . Stick to this for the certification is my advice.
