While B could also be correct, I don't think it is in relation to the exam. Instructors state in the exam preps to look for the easiest method or one which requires less code if it is available as an answer. That would leave C.

yes, C would've been legit maybe 3 years ago when WFs were relevant. I'd pick Flow or a Before trigger
