The “augment” transformation can be used to join Dataset A and Dataset B on the “userID” dimension. Then, the “filter” transformation can be used to exclude the records from Dataset A that have a corresponding record in Dataset B

I believe B is the correct answer. You create a third dataset by augmenting dataset A and B and then filter the new dataset based on user. The consultant "helps" the customer by creating a list of activityID's to delete.
