I don't if it's just bad wording in D or if that is actually the key for the right answer, but it's not the 'Master' that is reparented when the Allow reparenting option is enabled; it's the child that is reparented.... "By default, records can’t be reparented in master-detail relationships. Administrators can, however, allow child records in master-detail relationships on custom objects to be reparented to different parent records by selecting the Allow reparenting option in the master-detail relationship definition." https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.relationships_considerations.htm&type=5

Its D We need Order to be master here and theres a hint in question that they want line item to be changeable from 1 order to another hence reparentable

There is nothing in the task about Line Item being a standard object, it may be custom object.

by default MD can't be reparented so C is wrong D is quite unclear, i assume by the sentence, line items is meant to be the Master which makes no sense So i think B is correct, you can reparent with lookup

my bad, now i think answer D is correct, you can't create a Master field, its always a Detail field
