First of all, we need to check the whole sentence: 1. Universal Containers has a Lightning record page that supports both the mobile app and desktop. ---> Okay, that's fine because we know that our record page has the necessary support the show the component on Desktop as in Mobile. 2. An app builder has downloaded a custom Lightning component from AppExchange, but users are unable to view the component on mobile devices. ---> As you can see the sentence implicitly is telling us that the record page is activated already because it says that only mobile users are unable to see the component, therefore option C is gone. Option A doesn't have sense due since the beginning they're all letting us know that our record page support both devices. Option B is irrelevant because once you add the component to the record page is automatically activated. Therefore the correct answer has to be D.

The case here is related to the fact that even if you have created a Lightning RECORD PAGE (not HOME) it automatically supports both desktop and mobile form factors. But, not every component is supported in mobile view (Try to add for example "Activities" component to your page). It will be shown correctly in the desktop view but when you switch to the Phone form factor - you'll see the message: "Activities supports only the desktop form factor". My vote is for D

I would also go with D. It looks like the component is coming from the Home page: "Components on app and record pages can render on both phone and desktop because those pages support both phone and desktop. Components on Home pages can render only on desktop because Home pages support only desktop.omponents on app and record pages can render on both phone and desktop because those pages support both phone and desktop. Components on Home pages can render only on desktop because Home pages support only desktop."

The issue is very simple: the component does not appear on mobile devices. it means that there is no problem for desktop devices. So, it too means that the page is already available for use (activated), so no problem. Now what makes component issue? I think, the developper has not allowed his code to appear on mobile width.
