B is correct. Because: 1. The object is PUBLIC READ ONLY - Everyone see it but doesn't not write 2. "Does not grant access using hierarchies" - managers cannot necessarily write on records. 3. Global marketing public group can write all records marked Global - record type allow them to write through the dynamic sharing rule.

Never mind "does not grant access using hierarchies." That is why it is not D.
