I think the correct answer is A , here is why : In a multi-tenant environment, tenants share the same computing resources, such as processing power, memory, and storage, provided by the host. This predefined access allows for efficient resource allocation and management without the need for each tenant to manage their own infrastructure.

Multi tenant does not imply out-of-the-box... And having multiple tenants (multiple orgs) in your landscape is actually a good practice (orgs for dev, test, production). Anyway... Question is poorly written... But I'd stick with B in this case

Because the question is specific to developing ... "What is a benefit of developing applications in a multi-tenant environment?" That's why the B is the right one.
