Classic roles can be modified (e.g Administrator role), the MC role can't (e.g MC administrator)... but for this question it's not a good practice to modify a standard role because it's will be change to all users !! so the remain answer is: ||(D.)|| because we have only on user with specific task (to do that we need to clone the admin role and remove additional permissions).

I think it's D bc Permissions for MC roles can't be modified.
