Answer is B and D. A and C doesn't really talk about the capabilities of Territory management itself rather they are capabilities of sharing rules

Selected Answer: CD
C. Territory Management allows you to define territories based on account criteria (e.g., industry, location, size) and automatically share records within those territories with specific users or groups. This helps expand access beyond the standard role hierarchy in a controlled manner. D. Territory Management is designed to handle complex sales hierarchies and frequent changes in team structures. It provides a flexible framework for managing territory assignments, reassignments, and reporting, making it easier to adapt to organizational changes.

The two capabilities of Territory Management are: C. The ability to use account criteria to expand a private sharing model: With Territory Management, account records can be automatically assigned to territories based on specified criteria, such as geographic location or industry. This allows for a private sharing model to be expanded beyond manual sharing rules, which can be time-consuming and difficult to maintain. D. Support for complex and frequently changed sales organization structures: Territory Management allows for the creation of complex territory structures to support a variety of sales organization structures, including those that frequently change. Territories can be defined by geography, product line, industry, or other criteria, and can be nested within each other to create a hierarchy.
