A,B We all agree on Data Loader because Import Wizard won't Import Opportunities. And although we would choose to arrange a .csv file with an ISO column, unless the ISO fields are not populated, then it's useless. By choosing the Option to ensure ISO fields are populated (Option A), it does imply that the column would have to be there anyway.

I think A and B, Wizard does not support opportunities, while column alone without currency would not load anything
