But the master should be Galaxy. "A roll-up summary field calculates values from related records, such as those in a related list. You can create a roll-up summary field to display a value in a master record based on the values of fields in a detail record." - so each Galaxy record can be equipped with a roll-up summary count of Star records. So i think A and C are corect

"The Galaxy object is required to contain existing roll-up summary fields" but existing roll-up are no possible in a look up relationship

A child object can have multiple parent but a master object cannot be a child of any object. Therefore, in terms of priority, you need to consider the Galaxy object more than the Start object.
