I'd choose B&C , because - B. Create owner-based sharing rules that give Read access to the master objects. With OWD set to Private, users won’t even see the Seminars or Attendees unless shared. They need at least Read access to those parent records to access related junction records. C. Create an owner-based sharing rule that gives Read access to the junction object is also correct.Even if users can access parent records, they won’t see or edit junction records unless those records are also shared.Since the need is only a select group to edit, sharing rules are appropriate. D. Is Incorrect , because - Lookup filters control what users can select when choosing records — they don’t impact who can access or edit records. A- is Incorrect , Sharing is managed at the object level, not on the relationship fields directly.

A& B for sure : Here you go with documentation . Edit a record: Edit permission and either read or read/write access to the related master record, depending on the value of the Sharing Setting attribute of the master-detail relationship field on the detail object https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.dev_security.htm&type=5

How can it be D when lookup filters have nothing to do with if you can access records??
