Unmanaged packages aren't acceptable to publish on AppExchange. Managed packages aren't customizable. So the correct answers should be A & D.

A,B are correct. C is incorrect because only managed package can be published on AppExchange https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.packagingGuide.meta/packagingGuide/managed_packaging_intro.htm
