A) is excluding the zeros providing only primary key numeric without zeros those are not necessary, that´s the right answer

Answer is D only as Number data type will not accept integers more than 10 digit. In question they have not specified how many leading zeroes are there. Hence it is decimal (15,0)

It should be A - Number since leading zeros will be removed when using Integer data type
