A is wrong, I created 5 formula field(Score) in lead, based on checkbox, then total Score (defined that as a sum of those 5 f-fields), then no of stars f-field(based on if(score) condition)

I think it is D. Cust formula field and cross object formula field are not the same. I think D is a feature of cross object formula field.
