The answer is B because an app is just a bundle of tabs and objects meant to make it easier to work with. However your app access does not control the individual access to the objects involved.
Agree the answer is B because the Objects can be part of several different Apps, so not having access to an App that happens to contain (among other Objects), the Account Object would not mean you could not access the Account Object generally.
In Salesforce, profiles control access to applications, tabs, and objects. If a profile does not have access to a specific application, users assigned to that profile will also not have access to the tabs and objects associated with that application.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
