Step 1: Log in to Salesforce, then go to setup. Step 2: Search Workflow in the Quick Find box. Step 3: Select New Rule. Step 4: Select the object for which the Workflow rule will be applied. Step 5: Add the Evaluation Criteria as per your requirements. Step 6: Add the Rule Criteria for which the automated action should perform.
