B & C are correct. "Roles can be deleted from any point in the hierarchy as long as a user is not assigned. If a user is assigned then, we need to move the users to a different role and then delete the role" https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000385841&type=1 "New orgs can have a maximum of 50,000 account roles for Experience Cloud users by default." https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/communities_share_crm_data/account_roles_hierarchy A & D are incorrect statements. The role hierarchy is generally used to open up access through the heirarchy. Roles can be deleted.
