Selected Answer: C
To set up a data extension for capturing subscriber information using a Smart Capture form, Northern Trail Outfitters (NTO) should ensure that the email address is unique and required, while allowing flexibility for the other fields. The best approach would be: C. Create a data extension with email address as the Primary Key and reply date and response fields as nullable. This setup ensures that each record is uniquely identified by the email address, which is essential for tracking individual subscribers, while allowing the reply date and response fields to be optional.

The best answer is actually 'A" because this option allows all data points to be captured (mandatory fields but none of the fields as primary key) and allow user to enter multiple/may times over & the data would still be captured

Selected Answer: D
For me it should be D because what if the user submit the form many times with the same email. The other data are maybe not necessary but if we can keep the email field as non-nullable and not unique with Primary Key

C. Create a data extension with email address as the Primary Key and reply date and response fields as nullable. Explanation: Since the email address is the primary identifier for subscribers, it should be set as the Primary Key to ensure uniqueness and efficient data retrieval. The reply date and response fields may not always be captured, so they should be set as nullable to accommodate cases where this information is not provided.
