Selected Answer: B
By setting the OWD on Leads to Private, leads will be visible only to the owner and users above the owner in the role hierarchy. Reassigning Leads: If you want to allow other users (such as managers or other designated users) to reassign leads, you can do this by ensuring that users have the "Transfer Leads" permission. This can be granted through profiles or permission sets. D. is not correct, because this would allow users to view but not edit leads. It would still allow users to create redundant leads, as they would be able to see other leads, potentially leading to duplicate entries. This doesn’t solve the problem.

Selected Answer: D
Won't it be D, since if its public, people can see if the lead already exists before entering it and thus less redundant leads?
