Found this in this documentation from Salesforce: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.creating_web_tabs.htm&type=5 Enter the URL or choose the custom s-control that you want to display in the tab. Optionally, copy and paste any merge fields for data that you want dynamically replaced in the link. Click Preview Web Tab to display your web tab.

Selected Answer: B
B. A URL that passes salesforce.com data like an organization's name Custom Web Tabs in Salesforce can include the following types of content: A. A URL C. An S-Control D. An S-Control snippet However, the option "A URL that passes salesforce.com data like an organization's name" is not a typical capability of Custom Web Tabs. Custom Web Tabs are generally used for integrating external web content or web applications within Salesforce, and they may not inherently pass Salesforce data like an organization's name through the URL. So, the correct answer is: B. A URL that passes salesforce.com data like an organization's name
