I would say B First; the workshop is for the onboarding process, not anything else, invoicing and delivery are not being discussed so they shouldn't be brought up Second; parking the concerns doesn't mean they will stop pointing out the invoicing and delivery issues which will continually derail the workshop to add the concerns to the parking lot
