IMO; 1- If you can run both recipes simultaneously then A and C are both Correct. Meaning that it's not either one ( there is only one answer ) . D - is just wrong the limit for the number of receipts in a 24-hour rolling period is 60. This would then leave us with A as the answer which would be correct if, the second receipt is dependent on the first one. ( Which is true in many cases )
