A. Quick Action: You can create a Quick Action that launches a Flow. This allows users to access and execute the Flow directly from the Salesforce user interface.
D. Flow Launcher: Flow Launcher is a feature that allows users to run flows from various locations in Salesforce. It provides a centralized place for users to access and run flows.
Options B (Invoked by a Process) and C (Approval Process) are not direct methods for allowing users to access Flows. While processes and approval processes can be used to trigger flows in the background, they are not user-initiated methods for accessing flows directly.
"Flow Launcher" isn't a Salesforce feature or really a official term used by Salesforce so I do believe the answers should be A & B
