Should it not be B. In-App Notification: Managers can receive in-app notifications on their mobile devices to alert them about approval requests. They can then navigate to the approvals section from the notification to review and take action on the requests. D. Navigation Menu: Managers can access the approvals section from the navigation menu in the Salesforce mobile app. This allows them to review and respond to approval requests directly from the app's menu.
